Digital products (such as printable or downloadable card decks) are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, share, or redistribute digital files.

All content on the Site, including card text, designs, logos, images, and videos, is owned by York Brands LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

7. Not Professional Advice

SPARKED products are designed for entertainment and connection between partners. They are not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
